In another subtle, but disrupting way, the present US administration has shown how it really doesn't care about the general populace. "They could be late to work for all we care," is the gist of their message.

Do you have an atomic radio signal wall clock or watch? NIST is a government agency that provides this service. Well, the Trump administration is feverishly looking to cut budgets all over the place to retroactively FUND their massive tax breaks for the corporations and wealthy. We knew this was coming. They don't care if your watch doesn't have the correct time. They're planning to de-fund the WWV & WWVH stations operated by NIST that provide the atomic radio signals that all of these time keeping devices depend upon.

Sign the petition to help stop this depraved assault on another government service for the people. It requires only a few seconds to complete and you need only to submit your name and email address. This is an official petition instrument of the White House and, as such, can actually lead to a response and potential review. CLICK HERE.

Interesting. I must admit I just take accurate time displays completely for granted.

Signed it. A government that is penny-wise and pound-foolish is unwise.
