Updated Book Timeline?

Hey guys, I have not posted on this site for a couple of year, in fact it looks like my previous posts were purged, so thats how long its been!

I picked up a "new" book yesterday, Star Trek: Resistance and being the total geek that I am, I want to know where it fits into the Timeline and what other books come around it, before and after. I know that it comes shortly after the Nemesis movie, but is it the first book? What about Death in Winter?

When I was last on this site I got a huge Word document from a member here with a full timeline, but there have been additions since then and when I searched just now, I am not finding anything.

Thanks.

The Word doc was probably from me. PM me your email address and I'll send you the updated version

The timeline for post-Nemesis TNG novels is:

Death in Winter
Resistance
Q & A
Before Dishonor
Greater than the Sum

There are also a bunch of Titan books that take place parallel to the above:

Taking Wing
The Red King
Orion's Hounds
Sword of Damocles

The Enterprise-E and Titan storylines will converge in the Destiny trilogy, the first book of which will be out within the next couple of weeks.

Hope this helps!

I've read all the Titan books except the last one. I thought the first 2 were quite good, but the 3rd only so-so.

Xeris, I think you are right, I think it was your timeline. I will PM you now.

Well for some reason I can't send a PM at all on this site. Maybe one of you can send me one instead?

That looks like a good site also, assuming that it has been updated. I see a couple of newer publications on there, so it looks like it is well-kept.

^probably a little bit soon for an update. Besides, IIRC, one of the timeliners mentioned here that the next timeline will include all of the comics as well, and finishing that will be a project and a half, methinks.

Rookiebat's timeline was pretty well put together. Haven't gotten an updated one in quite a while, though.

Would be nice to see a VotI update though... I mean, I know they can't keep putting out new books every time a new novel is put out, but there could at least be some way they can keep it up to date, online or something.

If you guys are looking for a timeline, the one on memory beta seems to be pretty good. I think it's even been updated as far as GTTS.

Xeris has created a pretty good timeline on his own, which encompasses movies/books and maybe some episodes too, can't remember. But the copy I have is out-dated. I need to get a new one from him as soon as I can get 20 posts on this forum so that I can send a PM again :klingon:
