Andromeda was meant to have a 5-year run. So he's done it before.
Not really. SGU and Caprica weren't popular among fans, and that's why they were cancelled.
Bloody Hell, I hope they don't do that again. Something along the lines of Sanctuary and Warehouse 13 would be fine with me-- neither of which are either "corny" or "dark," but simply well-written dramas. And RHW, as Christopher pointed out, is very capable of creating a show like that.I don't know, I'm weary of SyFys' shows anymore. I'm really not in the mood for another dreary SGU.

Fans of what?
I'm quite sure that the shows were popular among fans of the shows.
Unless you mean that many fans of BSG and SG-1 & SGA didn't liked them.
Does anybody have rhw's e-mail or phone number at the syfy channel? I can't imagine the amount of people that are gonna want to pitch to this show let alone how to go about it from the East coast. People should only be allowed to pitch a certain amount of times before they're told to get lost. Some of those DS9ers were pitching hundreds of times before they sold something that wasn't even remotely worth it.

He's easily found on Twitter, but how can you even know what might be good ideas for a project in development of which we don't have any concrete idea about the concept, setting, characters, technology, storytelling style, etc.?Vorta, are you keeping it to yourself because you don't want him to see any good ideas? My God, women, you don't even have a pm. Are you paranoid?

Shows don't generally accept outside submissions. The Michael Piller writers room was the one notable exception. The RHW show is nothing more than a pitch right now. There is not even a pilot in the works, what would people be pitching for?
Also, I'm confused by your entire post. First you ask for a phone/email, then you say people should be banned from pitching? Which is it?

He has said 'no comment' on whether or not aliens will be included, but also stated when asked what his preference was regarding 'alien' aliens, 'bumpy-headed aliens' or no aliens while working with a medium-sized budget (think TV), he said most likely no aliens unless you could figure out an economical way to do 'alien' aliens.
He also mentioned he was in the middle of writing a space battle for the pilot at one point and when asked what his preference was (capitol ships/fighters/both), he said he liked it all, and while DS9 did WWII-style cannon and torpedoes, Andromeda had modern missile warfare, and BSG and Star Wars did dogfights, it was time for a new take (whatever that might mean).

Huh? Falling Skies does "alien" aliens in a fairly convincing manner on a TV budget. Maybe he should ask them.
Not that there's any reason to go that far. I think he's got a bright idea there, eschewing actual aliens in favor of "transhumans." Cybernetics and genetic engineering will create all sorts of interesting variations in humanity and it's a nice change from the bumpy foreheads.

Honor Harrington type battles where ships are outside visual range and the fighting is depicted only on displays?
