The others in the first pic have their boots under the pant cuff. Archer's dire ankle situation is what happens when you sit and your short inseam rides up too high and your ankle boots pop out.

She actually looked really nice in Twilight. They should have had her in the Starfleet uniform upon her resignation from the high command.

I thought T'Pol looked her best in Season 3, with longer hair and proper Vulcan eyebrows. And oh yes, the much more attractive jumpsuits. A few shots I like:

I find it interesting that there's was never any official uniform change between season 3 and 4, even though the new ones were obviously of a different color (actual blue, opposed to older ones, which were purple).
And no, it wasn't the lighting.
Actually, that change happened between season one and two. In-universe, however, I think they were always supposed to be the same uniform. That becomes especially obvious when you consider the characters were already wearing them in the flashback scenes in “First Flight”.
As for the best look for T'Pol: I think her hair and uniform looked best in “Bounty”:

The stills are great , though I'm really more of a fan of the "action shots " - like the ones you have of T'Pol, which are wonderful. I'm of the opinion, like other posters, that season 3 and 4 jumpsuits are much more attractive on Jolene. Now, if the one of the main purposes of having Jolene in the jumpsuits was for "sex appeal" , then they failed miserably in the first two seasons. Granted, I'm a straight female, so I am probably not the target demo they were shooting for....but even I find some of these later season T'Pol pics hot!
Yes, I collected a gazillion pictures back in the day. Such a visual feast, our Enterprise. I taught myself some Photoshop so I could play with them. I had a website that organized everything for easy access, but alas, it got purged by the site hosts for some reason and I didn't find out till it was long gone. No time to put it back together, but the pictures remain for your dining and dancing pleasure.
A lot of us have straight-girl crushes for T'Pol/Jolene.
I love these, the design is terrific.
They'd look even better with belts, I think. Belts made of the same blue fabric as the uniforms.
Nice pic, Mach5! I was a TNG girl back during my college and Army days, and what always bothered me about the uniforms is how uncomfortable they looked! I couldn't imagine running around with my phaser in a firefight in that uniform. Then Enterprise came along and I thought "wow - finally, a uniform that even I would wear! " and then the MACO uniforms came along and I thought. "Now,,there is a tactical uniform!" - though I was never crazy about the camo color scheme that was chosen.

Wait... the ENT uniforms were blue and black? I could have sworn they were white and gold...
