Unforgetable -Chekoy or hoe ever you spell his name

Just watched it. All I can say.. 60 secs.. that's all the time you give in trying to convince the woman you love to stay on the ship after you promised her that you'd try everthing in your power to help her remember (Like she did for you)
Lets not remember after your memeory was erased she risk death and all that other stuff to come and find you. poured her heart out to you for 2days trying to convince you that she was your soulmate. So the questions remains do I blame the writters or the actor for stinking up the joint

Don't blame Robert Beltra (who plays Chekoy), he was never given much to work with and his character was a total joke at the end of the series. I never cared for Unforgettable (or any other Trek love story for that matter), but Beltran did an adequate job the few times his character was at the centre of the episode.

Good actors can make something of an average script - I just watched Resistance, and that was absolutely carried by Joel Grey. This was a downright terrible script, with an actor who never gave a stuff after the first couple of seasons. Talk about a recipe for disaster...

Seems several of you forgot how to spell, or how to look up people's names on Google or IMDB.com! The character is named "Chakotay," the actor is named "Robert Beltran," and the word in the topic should be spelled "Unforgettable." Sheesh!

Yeah, saw that episode as well..kinda pointless if you ask me. But I still torture myself with the episode cause everytime it comes on I can't help but watch it. And it just KILLS me when he is smootching Kellin. I feel like my heart is getting ripped out of my chest every time I see that episode. At first I thought they were bringing back a new Kes cause she definitely looked a lot like her. But, they didn't. And also I couldn't believe that she fell in love wth my man(I call him that sometimes..forgive me) without him remembering her at all..I would have told her to take a hike. But that's just me.
