Uncle Bob ~ the wise horse...

K'Ehleyr

Commodore
Commodore
From my Mum's (K'Eh) post 'disappointed with Christmas presents...)
I would like, with your agreement, to set up an 'Agony Horse' thread. (See the previous thread for further info.)
I am gorgeous and wise.
I also have more pics to upload with myself at Sons 18th birthday.
I danced with the girls, (well more pranced).
I drank with the lads,
I totally chatted up Russ the barman! ;)

But...

What is not sitting well with K'Eh is that she was slightly mean to Son's father.

She rang and announced that the party would be happening. She may have slighltly slipped in a dig about the post being slow ~ so obviously no Christmas card or pressies.

She may have hinted that if Him and his bint (he left it wife and children for a 21 yr old) then a gesture in silver behind the bar would be appreciated.

She may also have slightly, No ~ OKAY, totally glammed up so when He arrived He just went 'WOW'!

She cannot stand the Man. But K'Eh scored 5 points by calling the 'bint' by the wrong name. 3 times in conversation and 2pts for introducing her to K'E'h's fiance.

K'Eh is worried that she has a problem!

Bob the Horse' answer:

I don't think K'Eh has a problem.
She may have wanted her Son's 18th to be a catalyst but I cannot see her evil or mean in any way.

I think she just wanted to show the father that deserted the family exactly what he is missing.
And she has realised that 'the bint' has a really huge arse ~ which was backed up by S the neighbour, Bob the Horse and Russ behind the Bar! So she feels justified.

That is Bob's word and it will be so.

Welcome to Uncle Bob's thread
...(as the typist and unwilling victim of all that Pink Champagne, I'm going to go to bed and watch TOS before I fall off my chair)
G'nite, K'Eh

*Man ~ carry me!*

Bob Lecheval is very wise. I am sure I would like to ask him to solve some of my problems.

First problem - my son is starting to slack on the jobs around the house that are his to do i.e. taking the trash out, weeding the garden. How can I get him to do these things without having to resort to nagging?

Bob, your mum is awesome, and I look forward to seeing more photos of that party. That glittery mask suits you. :) And calling the bint by the wrong name...priceless!

Here's a problem I have that you can ask your mum to help me with, seeing as she has an older son: short of knocking him unconscious and prying them off with a crowbar, how the hell do I get a 10-year-old boy to believe that changing his socks and undies every day is a pretty good idea?

Ladies ~ apologies for my late reply but I didn't realise the effect pink champagne has :(

I think the answer to both of your problems is ~ they are men! Nothing will change, just let them wallow in their own lethagy!
When they fall in love, all will change ~ they will have someone else to do it for them ;)

Bob, x
