I'm pretty sure that was an early teaser for the season. I'm fairly certain I've seen it before. Besides, where else has Donna said that Tim Latimer quote?

Had to be real. There's no doubt that's Catherine Tate speaking the dialog on screen, so yeah, it's real. Great find. The more Doctor-Donna, the better.

That was pretty epic and it seems familiar to me as well. Donna is wearing her Doctor Donna outfit in the series four finale as well. The black in Tennant's eyes is chilling too. I think that is one of the few times I've seen him look that intense.

OH! Gotcha. I guess when I say "unaired" I mean, "How was this made and shown without someone putting it on the internet for all the fans to dissect?"

I've never seen it, but it's absolutely the best trailer for season four I've ever seen. I doubt many realize just how awesome it was to have talent like Catherine Tate on Doctor Who. As with Chris Eccleston, one season just wasn't enough...
