Was Kang evil? He seemed the easiest Klingon for Kirk to get along with when you think about it! Kodos had his own theories of eugenics too according to the episode but he too had his regrets. Especially after he said that if the relief convoys had of arrived in time he would have been declared a hero instead of a monster!
