ufstarfleet grid

Hi All,

I'd quite like to get involved with the ufstarfleet metaverse virtual world I found but I'm not too sure what it means
it asks me what 'grid' I am using. It has Secondlife, OSGrid, 3RD. I'm not using any at the moment, but I'm not totally sure what this is referring to. Is there a best one to use?
