U.S.S. Seleya-The Fracture

I was kind of hoping to see more jumps too, but something tells me that will come in future episodes. I'm also kind of seeing the formation of an inter-dimensional federation. We'll see, but I don't think this is the last we've seen of Kurn.

I'm glad someone approached this idea, I've always thought of doing an alternate universe starfleet, but wasn't sure how to do it. Although I was thinking more of the Terran Empire, but I like this one too. Keep it up.

The whole thing about Kurn is I LIKE the character so he might find his way back to the story-but right now the shore leave is over and the Seleya is back at work. I had the finale for the second story figured out, I'm just trying to do it justice so I can return to the Fracture angle with a better explored crew. I need to expand on Carol M'Benga and a few others as I go so when I return to the Fracture situation I have as robust a crew as the people from DIFFERENT WORLDS utilize. My biggest fear is of selling my characters short, so to speak. Plus, I have a difficult hole I've dug for myself re: sealing the damn thing.I haven't figured that one out yet-but I have a few ideas.One of them is a doozy, I promise you that.

Oh, almost forgot. I've been patting myself on the back for finding a way to incorporate hand-to-hand combat with a Kodiak bear into Star Trek. How did it read? was it plausible?

Well, better late to the party than a no-show! I finally found some time to catch up with the good ship Seleya and her ongoing adventures in subspace. You've wrapped this one up very nicely, and I must admit to having a warm spot in my heart for your well-defined and likeable crew. Mitchell has grown on me, and my earlier issues with his rank and position have evaporated in the face of his character-developing adventures with Kurn. Damian's a great guy, and any captain would be lucky to have him at that position.

Can't wait to wade into Frail Blood!

And I got a hand-to-hand fight with a Kodiak into Star Trek! Name one other story in ST that managed that! Sanjay is very lucky. He has a 1st officer that has generations of Starfleet, a 2cnd that is..."versatile" and a bad mo'fo Tactical officer. Not to mention the next best thing to Stephen Hawking as his science officer. My people are buff and badaaaaaassssss. Now, what do I do with them? That is the question. Look here for the answer. Actually, look at "Frail Blood". And the next story. Which I had before "Blood". But its a process, so I needed to do that first.
