Not what you're looking for, but the double album "Genesis Project" by Craig Huxley (who acted in TOS as Craig Hundley) contains a track that Huxley wrote for the Genesis Project Demonstration Tape. Was on LP, but recently rereleased on CD.

I've not heard of one for TWOK (which means nothing in and of itself), but are you sure you're not mistaking the original Star Trek Sound Effects album? (which is still available all over the net)

No..I remember someone posted info on a cd of scifi sound effects and it had most if not all of the effects from TWOK.
