Two new books revealed by Amazon?

I was searching Amazon today to see if I had missed any of the upcoming books to pre-order for my kindle and came across

1. Do these even exist?
2. Will these be like The Struggle Within and only be dowloadable books?
3. Was that a mislabel about the second book since Vanguard ends with Storming Heaven?

1. Yes.
2. So far as it is currently known, yes. Ebooks sometimes end up being put on paper later on (see e.g. the omnibus print re-releases of SCE e-novellas).
3. No.

Yes, you're right, I'm forgetful ... it was mentioned in the thread and I remember reading it only now:

I will explain when I get some time, but the label is supposed to be "TOS" rather than "Vanguard."

It seems like I read some speculation somewhere that it will be a TOS novella but may tie up any loose ends from Storming Heaven. That was only speculation though, not from any official source.

I'm hoping it might do that and in turn start to build a more cohesive joined up TOS era akin to the big 24th century continuity. I'd find TOS novels far more attractive if they started to feed into each other a bit more.
