It took 18 years for them to follow-up Nemesis, give them time. They'll probably reboot The Undiscovered Country with the Kelvin crew in 2040

Greg Cox and I already cannibalized our Kelvin novels for other Trek projects, since we were convinced they would never be published. Not that I'm complaining, because The Face of the Unknown, the book into which I reworked much of Seek a Newer World, is a much better, richer novel.

I hope that the release of those two books will lead to additional ones being written and published. And I hope they're successful. It starts with them actually publishing them, and getting them to the bookstore. That'd be good. No more cancellations, please.
