Twilight Zone comics

I think I had one back in the early 80s.

I sorta remember the old Twilight Zone magazine too. I think it might have been an Omni rip-off.

These apparently had a 20 year run, but you never hear about them. Ring any bells?
I'm not sure whether a few of those covers look familiar, or if it's just the art style which does. (I read any number of science fiction paperbacks printed around the same time with covers much like those, and I have a copy of Stranger in a Strange Land on my shelf with art which would fit right in.)

I sure don't remember anything about the comics themselves, though.

I have at least 3 issues...2 pictured at that site and one that isn't pictured. It was my favorite. The Grim Reaper takes a gung-ho photoreporter at the wrong time, so they bring him back and grant him a wish.

The photog wishes to follow along and be able to photograph Death at work. At one point he reads inside Death's appointment book and sees that his REAL death is coming up at high noon at the base of the Statue of Liberty. So the guy does his best to get as far away from the statue as possible and finally, after dashing into a New York City gift shop, Death appears and takes him.

While he's standing just beneath a replica of the Statue of Liberty.

I loved that story!
