NBC needs to move the comedy block away from Thursdays, it cannot compete anymore there. To be honest though NBC could produce the next LOST, House and CSI and people WOULD not watch...I simply don't know why.

If IDOL and X Factor remain on Wednesday/Thursday nights then Bones will be moved again to a new night because the post slot is being wasted. Infact I could see Bones become the Friday night hit FOX wants if Fringe is cancelled or you might see FOX try a double FOX night to help the spinoff.

Perhaps it's a self fulfilling prophecy. Lower audiences mean less people seeing promos for new shows and the audience gradually shrinks over time. And no people watching new shows means no "word of mouth" gets passed around. No "water cooler" show.

I don't know, it's all I got.

Actually I think that's a perfect point. NBC only shows ads for NBC shows on NBC a network no one is watching. I have seen ABC and CBS ads on weird channels, but NBC rarely does that.

Mr. Sunshine is crashing and burning quicker than i thought it would.

Mr Sunshine may suffer "My Dad Says" problems, weak pilot kills the audience despite improvements in the following episodes.
