Its been steadily moving up per season but yeh this season the new timeslot of Monday has helped it seems. However I fail to see how different the spinoff can be but it will probably still get 12-15 million viewers.

Yeah, but I also think it's because it's now on every cable station 2569 times a day, so people who never seen it before watched it, liked it and now tune in for new episodes.
