Final numbers for the Thursday and Friday SFF shows:
Thursday
FlashForward (ABC) - 8.57 million viewers (5.5/9 HH and 2.6/7 A18-49). That's a new low in overall viewers and in the demo, so there was no post-baseball rebound.
Fringe (Fox) - 4.857 million viewers (3.0/5 HH and 1.7/4 A18-49). That's a new series low and a whopping drop in the demo from the previous episode. Bones was only down slightly, so it's arguable to what extent the late scheduling was a factor. In any event, whatever the reason, Fringe can't survive at this level. It needs to get back up to at least a 2.2 in the demo, and preferably higher.
Supernatural (CW) - 2.645 million viewers (1.6/3 HH and 1.2/3 A18-49). Down from 2.917 million viewers the week before.
The Vampire Diaries (CW) - 4.090 million viewers (2.6/4 HH and 1.9/5 A18-49). Down from 4.184 million viewers the week before.
Friday
Ghost Whisperer (CBS) - 7.992 million viewers (5.0/9 HH and 1.9/6 A18-49).
Medium (CBS) - 7.741 million viewers (5.0/9 HH and 1.9/6 A18-49).
Sanctuary (Syfy) - 1.42 million viewers (1.0/2 HH and 0.5/2 A18-49). Down from 1.606 million viewers the week before.
Smallville (CW) - 2.626 million viewers (1.7/3 HH and 1.2/4 A18-49). Its best numbers so far this season.
Stargate Universe (Syfy) - 1.626 million (1.1/2 HH and 0.7/2 A18-49). Down from 1.974 million viewers the week before. Both Stargate Universe and Sanctuary have dropped every week so far this season and haven't found a floor yet.
Edit to add: ABC has ordered five more episodes of The Forgotten and decided not to order anymore episodes of Eastwick, effectively cancelling it.
