I like how Bones numbers for 8pm were like 8 million and at 8:30 it went to 9.6 million. I guess it was a great idea to have that "This is what you missed" feature at 8:30.

I hope Parks gets renewed because I'm really starting to enjoy it. It's not laugh out loud funny but it's amusing and the characters are fun. I like how Amy P is a less offensive better intentioned version of Michael Scott from the Office.

I'm pretty sure it will get renewed because I'm sure NBC is hoping it will be like the Office and start to get popular in the second season.

Southland drops again. WTF!?

It this because of the Saturday repeats splitting viewership?

You know, even though I sort of like Southland, I'm glad it's ratings are dropping. It just increases the chance of Chuck getting renewed. ;)

All the rumours say that Southland is a sure bet for more episodes when Chuck is 50-50.

Mental if that's the case. Southland's numbers are going down and down, whilst Chuck's have stayed fairly stable all season.

Southland is new, and maybe NBC would value it because it's a cop show - a traditionally strong format that isn't over-represented on the NBC schedule now (not like CBS!)

I don't watch Southland and love Chuck but I can see the heartless business case for Southland.

It's a moot point anyway. According to The Futon Critic, Southland's been renewed for a 13-episode second season.

Personally, I think cop shows work just fine on CBS, but not so well on NBC. I'm thinking Boomtown, Hawaii, and even now with Life....

That is of course, unless it's one of the Law & Order spinoffs.
