Why Grey's has such a hold on network tv just galls me. I've watched it. It is
so unbelievably bad. Just soapy crap beyond description. Dr. McDreamy has got to be the most unattractive "sex symbol" on television and Meredith.....ohhhhhh.....don't get me started on whiny Meredith.

Meredith is not what the womens liberation movement fought for.

She's worse than Ally McBeal. I've complained about the House storylines from time to time, but compared to Grey's Anatomy, it's pure gold.
1. Regarding Patrick Dempsey - hate to tell you this, but there are a few million American women out there who strongly disagree with you, I being only one. Patrick Dempsey has got the best hair on prime-time TV. End of discussion.
2. You have no idea what 'the women's liberation movement fought for' if you are comparing it to anything related to
Grey's Anatomy. I don't know if you even get this or not...but
Grey's is not exactly a show that takes itself too seriously. It is NOT trying to be a serious hard-core hospital show, you know. True, it is not as good as it used to be...but then, what show is, 6 seasons in?
And I've got news for you -
Grey's might be a 'silly chick show' to you...but it's better than most of that juvenile sophomoric 'bodily fluids humor' that passes for 'funny' on most of the 'guy shows' like Family Guy, South Park, etc.
However, we don't rag on your shows to the tune of several posts in one thread spent blasting ONE show. We just let you watch them and leave you in peace to shriek with laughter at your vulgar and juvenile burp and fart humor.
Men hog most of the TV schedule as it is, between sports and stupid 'guy shows'. So why is is that you
still cannot BEAR to allow us girls a few shows of our own to enjoy without bitching and moaning about them?
Do you have to have the ENTIRE schedule? Are you THAT selfish????
