TV Ratings (Monday 9th November)

Got my hands on some cable ratings at last (DOES NOT INCLUDE SAME NIGHT REPEAT)

The Walking Dead - 4.71 million & 2.5/7

Boardwalk Empire - 3.21 million & 1.5/3

Dexter - 1.900 million & 0.9/2

A good increase for Boardwalk and Dexter is holding very steady. Those 18-49 numbers for The Walking Dead are just huge for a basic cable show. I would love to see how big the ratings go up for those 3 shows with same night repeats...

Am guessing...

TWD hits over 5.5 million total audience
BWE hits over 4 million million total audience
Dexter hits over 2.5 million.

The Good Wife is also supposed to be in trouble despite getting 12 million viewers because the demo is low. Hawaii Five-O problem is that CSI:Miami did much better. I agree CBS are too picky especially with The Good Wife, which fits the CBS demo audience just fine as a 10pm slot IMO (remember what happened to Without A Trace).

RoE is the one in the biggest trouble because its in the same place in terms of ratings for many other canned CBS sitcoms of the past.

I assume Blue Bloods is probably in trouble too?

I think they released the same night repeats for TWD for the pilot and it was at least 7.5 million.

The pilot scored over 8 million in total audience but had 2 same night repeats. I don't know if they are still having two and am guessing on a bigger drop off from the pilot but hey it may of scored between 6-7 million I doubt it hit 8 again.

I assume Blue Bloods is probably in trouble too?

CBS seem happy enough with Blue Bloods due to having lower expectations on friday nights.

In the new ratings thread (tuesday) am going to compile a full list of what shows are safe or in danger, check it out later ;) would love to hear your feedback on it.

Rules of Engagement and Hawaii Five-O are in serious trouble now by CBS standards and the rumor mill is already going that both will be axed by May unless they improve.
Are the ratings really that bad for Hawaii Five-O, .
I was kind of wondering that myself. If Jax is right, it's almost like CBS expects every show to be NCISish in the ratings.
Which is kind of funny, because NCIS wasn't very NCIS-ish in the ratings in its first couple seasons, either. It was still a solid performer back then, but NCIS is one of those rare shows where the overall ratings have actually gone up almost every season.
