Fox has released the final numbers for Terra Nova. It rose to a 3.1 in the demo, thereby achieving 100% retention from its premiere. The show's premiere also had the best 18-49 rating of all new drama shows so far this season in the Live+3 ratings and its international premieres have drawn very strong numbers.

^^ So it's NOT getting canceled then?! :D I just finished the pilot. It has a nice retro 90s sci-fi series feel. It's not Shakespeare but I like it.

The first episode also drew a 4.1 when DVR time shifting was factored in. It'll be interesting to see if this 2nd episode gets similar.

I had the same reaction to the pilot. It feels like a 90s show, albeit with better CGI. It feels of a piece with SeaQuest DSV and Earth 2, both productions that involved Spielberg.

Is it me or does DWTS look weaker this year along with the tuesday result show. The show seemed to have loss some of its 18-49 demo audience from one year ago.

CBS must be very happy with how HIMYM & Mike & Molly have really rebounded from a worrying erosion cycle last season + Broke Girls is holding very well.

House getting a 3.9 demo after 8 years is good for FOX but I really hope Universal don't try to push forward with their idea for 9 seasons, the show is ready for a wrap up. Terra Nova defies the odds by holding its 1st week audience but I still think the show has a tricky future ahead.

Hart of Dixie is doing all it can, growing out from a piss poor lead in. I also wonder how longer NBC can afford such fortunes, it really cannot launch a succesful scripted show at the moment.

Dancing with the Stars is indeed significantly down from last fall.

NBC's best shot at turning things around this season is the mid-season pairing of The Voice and Smash. If Smash isn't a success it'll be a severe blow.

That Wonder Woman pilot and a second season of The Cape isn't looking so bad right now. :p ;)

Terra Nova is horrible, and with the cost of the show being so high I still doubt they will get a second season.

Plus come season 2 there will be a 9-10 month gap from the finale to the premiere, and probably will drop a lot.

I don't know how they made a dinosaur show so god damn boring.

CBS should really start thinking about a Star Trek series. Apparently sucky, cliche-spouting characters and warmed over Star Trek plots get nice ratings as long as there are CGI monsters in the mix. All Star Trek ever needed was better aliens. Bring back the Hortas and the space ameobas! :rommie:

I tuned into 60 Minutes at just the right time and caught Andy Rooney's final segment.
