Interesting I don't know if that mean putting it alongside The Office would be a mistake as people might judge the two even more as the same show or if NBC should risk it having a weak lead in or anchoring the night

What's wrong with Parks & Recreation? It's from the Office folks and it stars a bunch of funny people. I'm really looking forward to it.

Is it wrong that the main reason I'm looking forward to this show is because of Amy Poehler?

if they are very similar then yes they should split them up, but the temptation to pair them is very strong, even if its only for the first episode.
