Well my first avatar gathering was a decent success but this round sucked. Someone else better win this weekend (though I'm guessing it's going to be Dances with JFK).

On a side note, why is this type of thread 50 times more popular in sci fi and fantasy?

^I think that we can't ever get the thread pinned has something to do with it.

Plus, since we're all sci-fi geeks (or we wouldn't be on a Trek board), it's easier to think of scifi/fantasy entries.

I did notice that some people made suggestions, but didn't make avs. I thought that was kind of....odd.

Well unless someone's going to post Denise Richards from The World Is Not Enough or Keanu Reeves from Bram Stoker's Dracula in the next few minutes, I'll post the poll... and deem this second attempt a failure.
