Alright, this one is about the little errors in movies and TV shows.
Be it continuity errors like Uma Thurman's cigarette in Pulp Fiction, costuming fails like that digital watch in Glory, visible crew and/or equipment like the blue jeans wearing guy in Gladiator, or even logical errors (as long as you can pinpoint one particular thing, not "the Joker's plan in The Dark Knight made no sense"). If you need help thinking of one, there's MovieMistakes.com, and IMDb has the Goofs section for many titles, and if you do a web search, there will be a lot of lists from Buzzfeed and co. presented to you.
As per usual, entries may not be larger than 200x200 pixels and/or 1 Mb data. And of course, keep it worksafe, so the mistake of your choice better not include nudity. I'll allow SF/F for this. But please point out not only the source film/TV show, but the specific mistake as well.
Let's say three entries per user.
I'll start with this:
#1
Shadowplay without a lightsource; Batman Returns
