I know those Marvel films have a ton of CGI but does GotG count as an "animated television program and movie?"

 

Wile E. Coyote, Super Genius.

 

Does it count if the animal talks in the movie but the humans can't understand them? I'm thinking of something like the Krypto movie where he was voiced by Rock and spoke to other animals but seemed to only be barking when conversing with Superman.

 

Since the character in the avatar is animated, I'm going to allow it.

I'll allow it.
