You are probably all familiar with the character trope: the super hacker, the techno wizard, the computer expert... someone who can hack into the Pentagon with a couple mouse clicks and a few strings of random characters. They are a staple of the spy genre, the crime genre, the SF genre... they are pretty much everywhere. So it's time to give these digital warriors their due!

Your entries must be no larger than 200 x 200 pixels, and 1 MB in size. Each entrant may enter two entries. SF&F is allowed. The contest will be open for about a week. Please identify who your entry is, and what movie/tv series/etc. they are from. And please, keep it SFW.

Seska, Star Trek: Voyager 'Worst Case Scenario'

I can see Spock, but was Seska ever portrayed as having significantly better computer skills than any other comparable person in the Star Trek milieu? I know that in the episode you cited, she rewrote a holonovel, but that seems to be depicted as something that pretty much all of the characters can do.

The other thing that comes to mind is that she was smart enough to be able to rewrite the computer so it suggested that a signal to the Kazon had come from Carey's console not her own.
