I've also had trouble with zap2it's makeover. In the modern mode version of Internet Explorer 11 the home page is such a jumble of overlapping photos and texts very little of it is comprehensible. Its a little better in legacy desktop IE, but still looks terrible with a huge blank column on the right side and a single column of photo links on the left, each photo link with its own vertical and horizontal scroll bars.
In IE 11 the listing grid ends up with columns out of alignment and the channel IDs unjustified on the right instead of on the left where they are supposed to be.
The site almost works properly in Chrome, Where there are spurious greater than characters making the top of page drop down menu resemble the nested forum level links at the top of the topic lists here.
I don't have Firefox installed here on the laptop, but on the Windows XP tower using Firefox the site appeared too be working properly after I used Ctrl-mouseWheel to reduce the font size a notch.
