Trying to play "A Final Unity"

Hello and thanks for coming by this thread.

I've been a big fan of the TNG game "A Final Unity" ever since it was released long long ago and have wanted to play it again for several years.

I've seen that it is playable through DOSBox, but I'm too horrible at using it to get past errors (CD speed is bugging me at the moment)

Does anybody here know how to do this? I still have my original disc and have tried to run the install from the disc to no success.

Please include step by step info on how to do it with commands, what to install from where, how to change sound settings in DOSBox, etc.

Thanks in advance if you can provide any tips, steps or other help!

mount the CD drive with "-t cdrom" at the end of the mount command (without the " marks) and that'll fix the CD speed issue.

By default dosbox mounts as a hard drive type, you need to be mounting as a CD type to get AFU to install right.

It worked! Thanks for your help! For the first time in at least 6-7 years, I got to play "A Final Unity!"
