Antonia's kicking vampire butt which automatically makes it a superior episode.

Re the threeway dream: I told you Sookie was a crazed necrophiliac.

Jason finally succumbs to Jessica after Hoyt kicks her out, but he still feels too guilty to do it in the house.:lol: The sudden dissolution of the Hoyt/Jessica marriage so that Jason can actually do something in the storyline seems kind of forced. Jessica as Princess Bill would be more interesting. The books' strange notions of heredity make Jason just a stupid slut, but the series could play around with Jason being part fairy. And given the proclivities of the series, it's hard to see how they could resist the idea.

I also greatly dislike Lafayette's mean mouth. It isn't witty or colorful or spirited.

Just realized that the actress playing Marnie/Antonia is Harry Potter's aunt. Another good episode, started off kind of slow, but this season is shaping up to be excellente!

Wow, didn't even notice that. I love it when Actors turn up in completely different roles like that. I kind of hope Marnie survives and Antonia just gets exorcised. Also, even though the Lafeyette storyline is kind of over now, it wouldn't surprise me if he somehow had something to do with the exorcism in the end.

The ending was cool. Antonia's plot to make vampires look bad is pretty smart. Curious to see how she will be undone.

Up until this episode it should have been easier.. the moment she set foot out of her house she should have been toast given the speed and strength of an older Vampire. She's still just a human with human reaction times and a Vampire moving with full speed is way too fast for a human.

Now however she's got her own Vampire bodyguards (including the physically most powerful one in this area) which would make it suicide for a single Vampire to attack.

Really curious how they will end her.. she's really smart on top of her hatred and has hit them where it hurt most.. public perception.

^Unless the vampires can turn the situation around, publicly exposing Marny/Antonia as the human mastermind "behind yet another plot to incriminate vampires".

Seems unlikely, given that what Edgington did was pretty unambiguous and the Vampire Rights people haven't tried to say it was a setup--just rather that Edgington was a lone nut and not representative of all vampires. So, it works out perfectly for Antonia if she makes it look as though vampires really are all-around bloodthirsty savages.

Honestly, from what we've seen of them in this show, the number of remotely trustworthy vampires could be counted on one hand and you'd have a few fingers to spare. :p

It looks like the whole Mabel/baby storyline was set up and resolved early to show that Jesus can remove spirits from possessed bodies. So he may undo Antonia's spirit from Marney. Just seems like thats how its setting up.

For a moment i forgot that his character's name is Jesus and thought "What the hell does biblical Jesus have to do with True Blood?"

:lol::lol::lol:

This episode was really another example of Sookie's lack of growth as a character. There has a small handful of moments in the past that fool me into thinking she has grown or changed as a character but when those moments pass, we realize Sookie is just the same old Sookie being used as the grand prize for all the sexy, handsome men of the series fighting over her while being a Mary Sue character who keeps holding onto a waistress job she barely attends.
I keep wondering what the hell it is that she does all day (besides brood about vampires).

They've already got vampires, Weres, shifters, weres, the fae, maenads (or whatever Mary Ann was), why not have zombies too? After all, Jesus was the first zombie. :borg:
