From Zap2It -

Alcide and Sookie turn to a packmaster for advice on how to deal with Russell's minions; Tara considers a proposal from Franklin; Joe Lee breaks his promise to Sam and Tommy; Jason meets a mysterious girl; an heirloom reminds Eric of his past.

If it's Eric's past, does that mean we get more of the yummy Godric? I can only hope! And the "mysterious girl" ... I *think* I know who it is, and if it is who I think, it ties in directly with something Jason was wearing in the series pilot. We'll just have to see.

Ok, no Godric, but lots of other stuff.

Franklin is beyond insane. And I actually feel bad for Tara.

LaFayette and Jesus = Awwwwww :)

Sam's brother might not be as bad as we thought. Hmmm. We'll see how that plays out. The dad, though ... ugh.

Sookie was just plain annoying in this episode.

Still waiting for more Bill & Sam. Tick Tock, guys! lol

I'm assuming he was still undercover. Finding the most opportune time to get away, but now it doesnt even matter anymore. The proverbial cat is out of the bag with Sookie. And now the king of Mississippi wants to collect her and use her for nefarious things.

Did Bill even learn anything worthwhile when he was undercover? Doesn't seem like the King told him much of anything, other than that he wants Sophia's territory... which, presumably, she already knew.

ok maybe not undercover, perse. But playing along so that he can protect Sookie from afar, and then get away at the most opportune time. Little did he know that Sookie was in town and well you know the rest.

Sounds like I missed a good ep :(. I have it on DVR but I'm worried that it may have went out (storms).

Are vamps that fast in the books? Seems like that should make them pretty much unstoppable.

Yes. Faster, actually. It's faster for them to run from one place to another, they typically only use cars when someone/something else is involved ... cuz the cars are slower.

Pam happens to be blond with Nordic features. That's all. Coincidence.

Obviously. And I did check, it was a different actress who played Eric's mother, but the point is, they didn't hold on Eric's mom enough for the determination to be made one way or the other.

I was almost waiting for the werewolf to mortally wound Eric's mother, and then to save her, Eric turned her, thus creating the character we know as Pam, and also explaining Eric's very serious concern for his "child" when conversing with Russell earlier in the episode.

Now, clearly it didn't happen that way, but it would have been an interesting route to take.

I'm sure they'd make it look cool but right now I'm picturing a bunch of vampires running down the road like Benny Hill.

If you understood swedish you would notice the differences between the actresses right away.

Finally got to watch this last night on the DVR (it didn't go out any like I'd thought).

Not bad.

Why Eric kills Talbot.
