What I meant was there are two different actors, who played two different Star Trek characters, but would both play the same character at different points on a non-Star Trek project or projects.

Oh, I've got it! Ricardo Montalban and Malcolm McDowell both played Mr. Roarke in the two incarnations of Fantasy Island.

You know... This is a stretch, but you could kind of count the Borg-assimilated Lt. Hawk as a "villain," and Neil McDonough and Eric Bana (Nero) have both played Bruce Banner (the former in the '90s animated series).

While I did post this in forum for the first 10 movies, I never said that the answer could only come from those movies, so you would be correct.
