I had a chance at Shore Leave to talk to Connor about his NCIS appearance. I told him they shouldn't have killed off his character. Here's why: The NCIS medical examiner was assigned to determine the cause of his brother's death while in the custody of an NCIS agent. That shouldn't have been permitted. So, if Connor's character had survived he could have made trouble for the NCIS team which could have been a pretty interesting episode (and given Connor another NCIS episode, too!^same
p.s. I know Connor's ep of NCIS re-airs this weekend but I watched it tonight for the first time. WTF WHY DOES HIS CHARACTER DIE IN EVERYTHING?!

Honestly though, Ziva did trigger his aneuerism, so if they hadn't shot James in the head (
) then he could have brought up the fact that NCIS stacked the deck against him. It wouldn't have gotten him out of his drug charges or the hostage-taking, but it sure would have been trouble for NCIS. Don't forget Ducky and his autopsy report! Next up in my Connor/Dom guest-star binge queue is Numb3rs.

Well the daffodils are in bloom and it's pilot casting season again. I'm crossing my fingers that Connor gets a lead role in something or at the very least a weekly recurring role in a good genre series. He's just too talented & hot of an actor to be allowed to go to waste on SG:A (those writers can't do his talent justice) and a bunch of walk-on parts where apparently he always gets killed (I dunno, I don't watch formula cop shows and seeing him on one of those things would make me want to slit my wrists or at least scratch em up a little
