There's pretty substantial evidence that he doesn't drink or toke or otherwise pollute his bodily fluids, but he does hold people accountable. The line he often takes in his essays is that people are entitled to espouse their INFORMED opinion, and that's a fine credo, though it pretty much wipes out most people's views (90% of opinions are probably uninformed brainwashed crap, to filter it generously through Sturgeon's Law.)
