+ very simple to upload.
+ relatively fast.
+ no annoying ads or "wait 30 seconds" nonsense.
+ when wanting to download, you don't click on a link and get redirected to another page where you click on another link, and get redirected to another page where you click on another link.
+ its in english.

- download occasionally isn't available if the servers are busy.
- download page might be a bit confusing if you've never used 2shared before.
