Not that's what I call loyalty to trekbbs -- a willingness to rejoin that which you previously rejected! (and probably wisely rejected, too)

You are not obligated in any way to respond to a Friend request on Facebook or anywhere else.OK, I have a FB etiquette question here. Is it dick of someone to ignore or reject friend requests
Privacy issues: I've received some messages concerning privacy and the TrekBBS chat. First-- you do not need to be "friends" with other members of the group in order to use the TrekBBS chat function. You can change your account settings for friends (and subgroups of friends created in the "edit friends" section) by accessing Account: Privacy Settings. Select "custom." Also be sure to keep an eye on the kinds of applications you install, because you can inadvertently turn into a spam bot! (my generally rule is to avoid most Facebook applications entirely-- because they are often created by 3rd parties and aren't very secure). Please let me know if you have any questions! -- Danoz
