Trek trick or treats?

I've never really cottoned much to the occasion, but I know today is a big deal for many folks, so I'll throw this out. Name some images from Trek series or films that you find particularly creepy, frightening, or just plain unsettling. The type of visual that inhabits a little corner of your mind, coming to the surface every now and then, reminding you yet again of its manifest unpleasantness.

From TOS, I would point to the light show and aural effects that signified the usually deadly Zetarian incursion from the Lights of Zetar, 1:20-29 below.

Also, people can say what they want about Shatner and over the top emoting, but I've always found his melding of facial expressiveness and from-the-soul vocalizing as enacted in Dagger of the Mind (as seen at :58 below) to be masterfully and preternaturally affecting.

From Voyager, I'll be Mr. Obvious and nominate Faces. Lt.
Durst had to have met up with one of the most ignominious Redshirt demises ever, as depicted in this Here's Johnny moment, at :13 below.

Well, I've dredged up some rather harrowing memories. Please chime in with some more!!!!

This abomination.

Michael McKean (even though I adore him to pieces) as the creepy Fear clown.

Dukat as a Bajoran...it's just not right.

The faceless woman in "Charlie X."

Junior Q did the same sort of thing to Neelix, but I would have to agree that this example was rather more arresting. IIRC, there was also some pitiful moaning/whimpering.

This guy from the Rura Penthe deleted scene in Star Trek. What is he, a transporter malfunction?

Good Lord, I can't remember seeing that picture before. That's the kind of 'humanoid' alien I'd love to see. Eerie.

I'd like to see Janeway's face seeing this to see if she finally makes an "yikes" expression. You ever notice she (the crew for that matter) never react to the more odder species (apart from counterpoint).
