Trek races and fantasy races

I've seen frequent attempts to draw parallels between SF and fantasy raes, the ST ones tend to be:
Elves=Vulcans
Dwarves=Ferengi, Klingons, Tellarites
Orcs=Klingons
Drow=Romulans

Has anyone noticed any others?

I think the Ocampa are like elves as well.

Trek has (tried) to avoid making itself into a space fantasy, so really Trek aliens tend to be based on Earth nations at a particular time in history - although never exactly (the way Japanese anime sometimes just lifts things like he Kingdom of Prussia out of history and into space)....

- TOS Romulans - WW2 Germany / WW2 Japan / The Roman Empire
