Trek guest actors in maybe surprising roles

I caught Joan Marshall (Lt. Shaw from "Court Martial") on The Jack Benny Program the other day.
Jack was competing with Robert Goulet over her affections. Dang she was gorgeous!

On a Roll - Branded, "Seward's Folly" - Mr Atoz time travels back to 1873 Seattle as Seward himself.
Just caught this one. It barely had a plot to speak of...it was basically just a little history lesson. I liked the bonding between Seward and Jason, though. "They branded you a coward and me a fool."

I caught Mark Lenard on "Mission Impossible" this week. The episode was "Nitro"
He played an assassin they had to uncover.

Another note: In one scene Barney is hacking into a computer system. In the background of the computer room, I recognized a prop from Lost In Space: A control board they used in the 3rd season episodes:
The colored button rows are pretty distinctive and easily recognized.

Edit:
The Thing that confuses me, is I thought Lost in Space and Mission Impossible were from different production companies.
Paramount had Mission Impossible, and Fox had Lost in Space.
But either I'm wrong about that, or the prop got borrowed by Paramount, or there were 2 of these boards floating around Hollywood prop departments at the time.

When Lost in Space was canceled, some of its props became available to other studios. Fox probably sold the props to a Hollywood rental business or something. That's how the Jupiter 2's freezing tubes found their way into "The Empath."

I would bet it's the same story for that Mission: Impossible episode.

Edit: if that control board is a real piece of electronic business equipment, there might have been more than one of them floating around Hollywood.

From the labels, with stuff like "Sine Freq.," "Amplitude," and the like, it appears to be a real piece of audio or electronic equipment, perhaps an electronic tone generator. So there could've been a lot of them in existence.

Decades is including Police Squad! in its binge this weekend (combined with Sledge Hammer!). Look who turned up as a fake guest star in one of the opening credits:

Jeff Corey "Plasus" in ST seen in "Barney Miller". Like in Shawshank "These walls are funny. First you hate 'em, then you get used to 'em. After long enough, you get so you depend on 'em. That's "institutionalized."" He was an inmate who got out on parole and thjen broke his parole to go back to jail. ...."Are you as brave with mortae as you are with a phaser?"

All of McCoys old friends look like doctors...all of Kirks look like her.

I remember him popping up in an episode of Night Court as well.

Wanted Dead or Alive "Breakout" - Josh helps Col. Green escape from prison (tunneling out - practice for The Great Escape?) so he can lead authorities to stolen money, ending in a deadly gunfight at Vasquez Rocks.

Not quite a Trek Actor, but close enough:
I just saw an episode of the Jack Benny Program from 1964.
Lucille Ball was on, and I was thinking, this was just about the time she and DesiLu studios were starting on Star Trek.
