Trek guest actors in maybe surprising roles

All these people in only ONE episode? No wonder it only lasted two seasons. They ran out of money!

Well Robert Walker and Don Eitner were the only two well known actors from TOS and Eitner not that much as he only appeared in one episode in what would be Chekov's position and he also doubled as Shatner in The Enemy Within too! The other two guys were extras or stand in's I believe!

A double dose of William Schallert this morning.
On 77 Sunset Strip he's a fellow airline passenger who's been taken hostage along with the rest of the passengers and crew.
And over on the original In The Heat of The Night, he's the mayor/city councilman butting heads with Sheriff Rod Steiger.

Oh, and, my wife is binge-watching Twilight Zone in her craft room while she works, and she got to the Shatner-on-the-plane episode last night. :)

On Me's episode of The Big Valley today, John Harmon caught Richard Dreyfuss stealing his produce, but the $1.4 Million Dollar Man intervened (adjusting Lee Majors's worth for inflation).

If the specific character getting steampunk bionics were Heath Barkley, that might have some novelty value. :p

Oh, that makes more sense. But on the other hand, what would they have spent the $1.4 million on in 1876? Steampunk bionics?

Remind me of Wild Wild West (the series). They had Steampunk Bionics in some of the episodes. Usually, it was Loveless who was a short person, who invented them.

WWWest did a TV movie called the $600 Dollar People. Loveless made robots, played by Shields and Yarnell.

Another interesting coincidence has come up in my 50th anniversary viewing...Joseph Mell ("Earth Trader" from "The Cage") has turned up on this week's episodes of Adam-12 and Get Smart...which aired back-to-back on NBC.

Was there two WWWest series? I remember one in black and white and another one in color. Or were they the same?
