That's cool, but this is the TOS forum. TOS actors and guests only in here. :)

I remember seeing Shatner in a small sketch where he played a nerd that still lived in a basement wearing pajamas all day... Does anyone know what I am talking about?

Episode of All In The Family tonight on Get TV featuring William Windom (Commodore Decker) as one of Archie's old Army buddies.

I wonder what happened to Roy Thinnes, the actor who played David Vincent. I don't remember seeing him in anything else... Maybe the invaders got him finally...

He was active as recently as 2007: https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0858186/?ref_=nv_sr_1

Right after The Invaders, he starred in the British SF film Doppelganger, aka Journey to the Far Side of the Sun. Later notable roles include guest spots in Battlestar Galactica, Falcon Crest, Law & Order, and various soap operas; homage-casting roles in War of the Worlds: The Series and The X-Files, as well as a 1995 The Invaders remake miniseries starring Scott Bakula; and regular roles in a 1980 TV series based on From Here to Eternity and the 1991 reboot of Dark Shadows. And he was a candidate for the role of Jean-Luc Picard.

Yes, now that you mention it, I do remember seeing him in small parts here and there, though my comment was mostly tongue in cheek and for the joke.;)

Roy Thinnes has made many appearances on Tv and film since The Invaders! Journey to The Far Side of The Sun (1969) for Gerry Anderson with most of the UFO cast, Battlestar Galactica's Gun On Ice Planet Zero two parter as Croft and as David norliss in The Norliss Tapes (1973) as well as three episodes of The X-Files and an episode of The Sopranos in the cult side of showbiz!

So the invaders didn't take him then... I wonder why.

Sabrina Scharf as part of a German interrogation team on this week's 50th anniversary episode of Hogan's Heroes ("To the Gestapo with Love"):

Klink: Barracks Two was under the direct observation of one of my oldest, most trusted, most dependable guards.
Hochstetter: Good, I'm glad it wasn't Schultz.
Klink: But it was.
