I wonder what happened to Roy Thinnes, the actor who played David Vincent. I don't remember seeing him in anything else... Maybe the invaders got him finally...
He was active as recently as 2007: https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0858186/?ref_=nv_sr_1
Right after The Invaders, he starred in the British SF film Doppelganger, aka Journey to the Far Side of the Sun. Later notable roles include guest spots in Battlestar Galactica, Falcon Crest, Law & Order, and various soap operas; homage-casting roles in War of the Worlds: The Series and The X-Files, as well as a 1995 The Invaders remake miniseries starring Scott Bakula; and regular roles in a 1980 TV series based on From Here to Eternity and the 1991 reboot of Dark Shadows. And he was a candidate for the role of Jean-Luc Picard.
