Trek 4 to bring together Chris Pine & Hemsworth?

A bit earlier isn't it?

Not like JJ to give away secrets, not this early or ever!

Well, they need to lock in the creative team soon if they are indeed already talking / planning the 4th movie.

In any case, I'm always a sucker for a good time travel story.

I call bullshit. Someone just making stuff up.

Though I do believe Paramount will want to strike while the iron is hot if Beyond is a success. They have kinda been stumbling between films to get the next one off the ground.

George was beamed onto the Narada as he was flying through the view screen. The Romulans left him for dead, but the Klingons found him and he's been rotting away in dungeon ever since.

He should've been revived by the Borg and is now their leader!

I've often thought Liam would be better for Sam. He's like freakish exactly half-way between Pine and his brother.

Meh. I'll get excited if/when we get news of Faran Tahir returning.

For what it's worth, when the comics had Sam Kirk, they based him on Chris Hemsworth. Of course, this comic was done before Liam got his break in The Hunger Games.

i find it ironic that second tos movies dealt with Khan the third one is dealing with the destruction of the Enterprise and now the fourth one may have to deal with Time travel.

Could they be aiming for a 2018 release? That would be nice.

IMDB says 2019 but i wouldn't mind it coming out in 2018. truthfully If they didn't wait four years to do Into Darkness (2013 and didn't push back the first one from 2008 to 2009, we would've probably been on number 4 by now.

wouldn't be the first time an actor played two kirks. In the TOS episode "Operation: Annihilate", William Shatner played both Jim Kirk and his brother Sam (George Kirk, Jr.)
