Transporter invented when?

I'm reminded of 'Blake's 7'

Doctor Who may have had the best name…the Dalek version was called a “Trans-mat.”

This jogged another memory…wasn’t there a tv game where Shatner asked contestants if the command to be beamed up was-

A: Energize

B: Teleport

C: Impact

Most chose “teleport” though I have never heard “teleporter” on screen ever that I recall.

From A Piece Of The Action:
OXMYX [OC]: Hello, Captain. You're from the same outfit as the Horizon?
KIRK: Yes. Unfortunately, the Horizon was lost with all hands shortly after leaving your planet. We only received her radio report last month.
OXMYX [OC]: Last month? What are you talking about? The Horizon left here a hundred years ago.
KIRK: Difficult to explain. We received a report a hundred years late because it was sent by conventional radio. Your system is on the outer reaches of the galaxy. They didn't have subspace communication in those days.
OXMYX [OC]: Toward the edge of what?
KIRK: I'll explain it in more detail when I see him. The ship won't land, but we'll transport several people down. Well, that's a little difficult for you to understand, too. I'll explain it in more detail when I see you. Where will be convenient?
If we assume TOS is ~2268 (+300 years from broadcast), then ~100 years before the episode is ~2168; no subspace radio and no transporter. As to subspace radio, it was used also ~100 years before Balance of Terror or ~2166, so, it one can assume it was a new technology (transtator technology?) right around mid-to-late 2160's. As for the transporter, who knows, but I assume that the transporter also uses subspace, or better, transtator technology to transmit the dematerialized matter stream, so, I can put it's development/use sometime after the invention of the transtator. YMMV :).
