Tower of Babel by Christopher

I just wanted to get clarification after checking Thawn's link to the "Trek Collective reading order".

Christopher, do you think I would enjoy the book more if I saw the ENTIRE Enterprise show and the previous Enterprise book or do you think I can get started on Tower as a standalone?

I'm kinda torn on how to proceed.

Tower of Babel is Book 2 of the Rise of the Federation series that begins with A Choice of Futures. I think it would make sense to read ACoF first. Watching ENT beforehand would certainly make sense and help you put the books in context, but I don't think it's essential. I try to make everything clear enough for readers who may not know or remember what I'm referencing from the show.

Ah, so it is Part II of a series.

I wasn't sure if Choice was connected, but it obviously is.

(Sorry, I'm just getting back into the novels again, so I'm rusty and playing a little catch up.)
