I'm pretty sure your question happened in more than one episode. I just saw that in a first season episode but I already forgot which.

It probably did happen more than once, but the one I'm thinking of is a call to the bridge from the transporter room.

Note:

He is sometimes credited as a 'bartender' in Wolf In The Fold---but I'm 99.9% sure he does not appear in that nightclub scene.

So that's not the answer.

Also I'm pretty sure he HAD lines in the episode I'm referring to but they were cut. (Meaning it's not him just walking down the corridor with Mr leslie or something)
