TOS-R and netflix

I've been working my way through TOS on Netflix and am at "Obsession." This is not the remastered version. Everything up to this point has been the remastered versions. Anybody else notice this and is there an explanation as to why?

I don't know whay i happened, but these little glitches aren't uncommon. On Amazon Prime Instant Video, the "unremastered" episodes of the third season have the earlier sound mix, but at last one episode is "remastered" with new effects.

I finished a watch-through of TOS on Netflix a few months ago and yes, Obsession was the original episode. It was rather amusing for my wife, who had never seen the originals and was seeing the series for the first time.
