Greg, I have two questions: did you write each era straight through first, or did you write it in the manner it appears, going back and forth?
Second question occurred to me this morning and it seems so obvious that I'm probably wrong: is Fortier's character based on D.B. Cooper? I realized the whole space-jacking felt very similar to the Cooper case, right down to the way he made his exit from the ship.

I think the digital version came out then in the UK but I prefer to wait for the physical version.It was officially published on 7/23 in the USA, although copies started showing up in the wild before that.
