Let us begin, shall we...

"Captain Kirk knew he was in for a bad day."

...when he awoke to find the itching, burning sensation in his genitals even more pronounced than it usually was.

Rising from his bed, Kirk glanced in the mirror as a wave of nausea hit him, giving his own face a greenish tint and making him look a bit like a Vulcan with bobbed ears.

As fate would have it the bosun's whistle on the com unit was followed by McCoy's voice.

Before the captain could respond, the doctor continued, "But you better have a stiff drink before you come see me. You'll need it."

As he walked into McCoy's office, He realized that everything was looking very strange and off-color. "Sit down, Jim."

Kirk noticed Spock standing against the wall, reading from a data pad. "Fascinating. Jim, have you ever heard of Commander Trip Tucker?"

"I'm appalled by the lack of medical confidentiality!" Kirk managed to blurt out before he had to lie down.

"Well, Jim," said Bones, with an odd look in his eye, "It would seem as though you've contracted a rare form of the disease Rogellius-12. Trust me, things will get much worse till we find the cure. The cure is simple, but really hard to find, much less synthesize." Here Mr. Spock spoke up. "You see, Captain, what we shall have to do is..."

Spock's long, drawn-out explanation was cut suddenly short by an astonishingly loud blast of flatulence, accompanied by the unmistakable splatter of a liquidy human discharge, as James T. Kirk soiled himself whilst slipping into unconsciousness.

As Kirk was fading in and out of consciousness, he overhead Spock say something about Commander Tucker and "the first recorded cross-species offspring." McCoy whistled and said, "That's going to complicate his treatment."

When Kirk awoke, the first thing he noticed was that for some reason, he was lying on his stomach, his feet were higher than his head, and he tasted bile.
