Torchwood: Miracle Day premiere date

I really hope they don't continue to wantonly kill off the main characters, I mean I like a bit of turnover, but by the end of S3 it was getting ridiculous.

I think part of the reason for all the losses in Children of Earth was that they literally thought this was going to be the end. In fact, if Children of Earth wasn't as popular as it was, it could well have been.

One of the Miracle Day tie-in novels focuses on Suzie Costello, so I have absolutely no idea.

*Raises eyebrow.*
Miracle Day tie-in novels? I don't suppose there's any more info you can supply us? Titles, authors, back cover plot descriptions, release dates, that sort of thing? Or is this info even available yet?

Here you go.

James Goss' First Born is about Gwen and Rhys.

Sarah Pinborough's Long Time Dead is about Suzie.

Guy Adam's The Men Who Sold The World is about Rex Matheson (Mekhi Phifer's character).

Ooh, thanks. Those sound pretty cool. Plus James Goss and Guy Adams wrote some of my favourite Torchwood novels. Sarah Pinborough I'm not really familiar with, but her book might just be the most interesting sounding of the lot, so I'm sold on all three.

Sarah Pinborough's an upcoming horror/crime novelist, and the stuff of hers that I've reviewed has been pretty good.

Well, I wasn't looking forward to Torchwood in America... but with Nana Visitor in the cast, I can't resist.

Is that Nana Visitor in what I assume is a long red wig?

If so, lookin' hot with the long hair.

I wonder if they explain or show Jack's reappearance. I'd prefer if it was shown in DW, but the second half of that is after TW MD, right?

^ I paused it on the girl with the long red hair and I think she looks too young to be Visitor. Trailer looks good though!
