I could be wrong, but there was an ad for ABC2 here, that has really brief glimpses of upcoming programmes.

One of them was someone who looked like Captain Jack, lying on a floor with electrodes all over him, flashes of electricity everywhere.

I'm pretty sure it was him, and it's intriguing no one else has seen or mentioned it.

Starz is co-producing it with the BBC. Since they're partially funding it, they get it first.
