Discovery Season 1 isn't done yet so I'll leave that out. But, so far, it looks like it'll be a serious contender by the time it's complete.

EDIT: Basically, I think the peak periods were TOS Seasons 1-2, TNG Seasons 3-6 (with S3 and S6 standing out the most), DS9 Seasons 4-6, and DS9 S2 which I think is underrated.
